Neath Port Talbot Library and Information Service is a partner in the Neath Port Talbot New Learning Network which has established a Local Action Centre in each of the 14 wards in the County Borough. Two of these are located in branch libraries, namely Cwmafan and Baglan libraries.
Libraries
in Neath Port Talbot also provide access to Learndirect courses with
regular tutor support provided by Neath Port Talbot College.
